The Reserve's Education, Research and Training Center is located at 108 Island Drive (State Road 300) in Eastpoint, just before the bridge to St. George Island.

From East: US Hwy. 98 west to Eastpoint. South (left) on SR 300 towards St. George Island. After ¼ mile turn left into gravel driveway by Reserve sign.
From West: US Hwy. 98 east to Eastpoint. South (right) on SR 300 towards St. George Island. After ¼ mile turn left into gravel driveway by Reserve sign.
